Our Tennis Board President, Larry Plaster, just received notice from Governing Board President Lisa Vines this afternoon that no further immediate pickleball ambitions will be entertained by the SCW Governing Board to acquire additional pickleball courts at the RH Johnson Tennis Courts.
All 16 of our courts will be resurfaced as TENNIS COURTS this summer!
Our battle to save our sport we love is not over. Rec Center Management plans to create a Strategic/Master Plan Committee to determine what makes sense for the Sun City West community in regard to the RH Johnson Tennis facility.
